Rental Policy & Conditions of Your Stay

The property is leased to you for the period stated in your booking confirmation. You agree to not sublet or assign the property or any part of it. Extensions are subject to availability and approval by the company at all times.

Failure to make payment on arrival may result in cancellation of your booking and subject to late payment charge of CAD$75/per day. If you depart early you are obliged to make payments to fulfill your booking until we re-let the property for your booked dates. We are not obligated to offer a refund in case the tenant decides to leave early for any reason.

The Visitor must comply with the By-Laws that apply to the property, engage in good neighborly behavior, preserve the residential amenity and not be a nuisance or annoyance to adjoining or neighboring occupiers (eg. loud music, parking). Particularly noise should be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 8am.

The maximum number of persons that may be accommodated at the property is specified in your booking confirmation.

The Visitor must leave the property in a clean and tidy condition, and adhere to recycling/garbage removal programs.

Payment Policy

Rental payment can be made in the form of USD, CAD or Euro dollars in form of cash on arrival.

Corporate and Personal cheque is accepted. Wire transfer payments subject to prior approval and are to be made before arrival. USD/CAD Travellers cheques are accepted.

Credit cards are accepted and a service fee of 3% (MasterCard, VISA) or 4% (Amex and Diners Club, where accepted) is applicable, and appears as part of the rental transaction on your credit card statement.

Client is responsible for making payment in full at all times. GTA Apartment Rentals Corp reserves the right to bill rental for any additional months in the 4th week of the month unless otherwise an arrangement is made by the tenant and the property manager.

Security Deposit and Property Damage

A Security Deposit is required by the company at all times to reserve and confirm your booking. Booking is only guaranteed upon receipt of deposit payment in full.

The tenant during their stay may not remove any of the furniture or effects from the property and will be liable for any furniture or effects damaged or missing from the property. Furniture relocated within suite must be returned to its original position.

GTA Apartment Rentals Corp has the authority to deduct monies from the security deposit or credit card to remedy any damage, or excess cleaning.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Any amendment or cancellation of a booking (subject to approval) will incur a $75 administration fee. Amendment to the dates of stay may be considered a cancellation for that booking and a new booking will be issued.

If a booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, the security deposit is non refundable and two weeks rental is payable in full amount. Cancellations or in case of no show on arrival without any notice is subject to payment of rental up to the full amount unless otherwise alternative arrangements are agreed upon.

GTA Apartment Rentals Corp. accepts no liability for your foreign exchange or transaction costs.


In the unlikely instance that a property is withdrawn, GTA Apartment Rentals Corp will endeavor to locate an alternative property of similar location and features, or offer a full refund at that time for all bookings.

Right to inspect the Property and Enter the Property

GTA Apartment Rental Corp property manager has the right to inspect the property during the booking period subject to reasonable prior notice being given unless the Property Manager has reasonable grounds to believe that the property is being damaged or at risk or if the Visitor breaches any term of this agreement.
We reserve the right to enter the Apartment at any reasonable time for reasonable cause. This includes the need to undertake unforeseen (internal and external) remedial repairs. We will give you reasonable notice of such requirements and will do our best to restrict the hours of access from 9am-8pm wherever reasonably possible. In the event we are unable to reach you we reserve the right to enter the accommodation if necessary without notice.

Lost Keys

Our apartment doors are steel-reinforced and have the best locks, providing you with excellent security. The keys are expensive to replace! Please, please don't lose your keys. If you lose them, we are usually required to change the locks for your security and the cost will run into $250.00. Should you lose your keys, you will be charged to replace them.

Protecting your Legal Information

Protecting the privacy of our clientele is an obligation that we take very seriously. We are committed to protecting all of your personal information.

  • We do not rent, sell or distribute any part of your information collected to any third party organization.
  • All credit card information is kept confidential and safeguarded by our secure server.

Equipment Breakdowns

  • Please alert us of any problem as soon as it is identified and every effort will be used to rectify the problem as quickly as possible. If we are not informed of a problem we cannot resolve it for you.
  • While we cannot be held responsible for breakdowns of mechanical equipment in common area of the building or failure of public utilities, we will do our absolute best to resolve the problem in every way possible.

Rental Policies

Check in time
Anytime after 3pm on your scheduled arrival date. Or earlier with prior arrangement.

Check out time
Check out is 11:00 am. Over staying without prior arrangement will result in an additional charge of twice the daily rate.

Key Delivery
To arrange for key delivery please contact us prior to arrival. Client to follow instructions sent via email.

Reservation cancellation
If you are unable to fulfill your reservation for any reason, please contact our office by email at: sales@furnishedapartmentmississauga.com

Suite will be cleaned profesionally prior to your arrival of each client. When leaving, the client is obliged to leave the suite in a reasonable condition.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation must be requested in writing via email at least 30 days prior to your due arrival date. A charge of $100 will be applied to your secuirty deposit. Cancellation made with less than 30 days prior to arrival date will result in full rental being charged.
No refund for early departure. Any cancellation, based on the above noted policy, will be subject to our clear and simple cancellation policy stated herein.

Pet Policy
Pets are accepted in our 2 locations ($200 Pet cleaning charge may apply).

Reservation and Deposits
To make a reservation a credit card or other form of payment in the amount of $300 to $500 is required. Amount will depend on the apartment being booked and the length of your stay. Rest of the payment is payable on arrival day.

Suite Reservation
Due to unforeseen situation Mississauga Furnished Suites reserve the right to change your booked suite with another suite of equal or higher value. The client may opt to cancel the reservation without a cancellation fee.

Tenancy Termination
Subletting and/or re-renting the suite without a written permission of the management is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of tenancy without a refund.

Damage Policy
During your stay you are responsible for damages to the suite and it's contents. Please help by notifying us of any previous damage upon your arrival.

The suite is rented to the client based on the number of people declared by the client at reservation time. Additional person (s) residing in the suite will result in extra charges.

To make your stay with us a homely event for you and your family our minimum stay is 1 week. In accordance with Hotel practice our month consist of a maximum of 30 days.

Arrival, Departure & Keys & Lock Outs

All arrivals collect the keys after 3:00 pm on the arrival date from the property manager, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to arrival.

All departures must be vacated by the visitor and keys returned to the property manager by 11:00 am on the departure date. Failure to depart will authorize GTA Apartment Rentals Corp to levy additional charges for rental and costs incurred.

Visitors are responsible for keys (including access devices) and loss of keys and key/lock replacement costs will be passed on to the Visitor.

Web Maintenance

We reserve the right to change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the website at any time, including the availability of any site features, database, or content.
